A Place at the Table for Everyone


In Kellanova Latin America, we are committed to creating a place at the table for everyone. Recently, we broke barriers and achieved gender parity in managerial positions in our region ahead of schedule. This achievement reflects the collaborative efforts we drive throughout the organization to foster an inclusive culture.

Last month was Women's Month, and we proudly share some initiatives at Kellanova Latin America:

 

Moms Coaching Moms: Since 2020, this program supports mothers returning from maternity leave for a successful reintegration into work, receiving guidance from another Kellanova mom.

Men as Allies: This pillar aims to carry out initiatives, programs, or policies to sensitize men and make them allies in favor of gender equity.

BEST Parents Program: Seeks to integrate Kellanova parents into a supportive community, providing tools to successfully face the challenges of parenting at different developmental stages.

ReConnect Initiative: Promotes the inclusion of women who have taken a career break for personal reasons, supporting them in returning to the workforce through opportunities in the company. This program is implemented in Kellanova Colombia.

MUAK Initiative: Amazing Women in Kellanova is an event held in Mexico and Brazil, which aims to promote the exchange of experiences and provide tools for career development.

Review of Internal Policies: Achieving the implementation of changes, such as new leave entitlements for menopause, pregnancy loss, and fertility treatments.
