Step 1

Apply

First find a role you're interested in, start your application, and submit your resume/CV. Our recruiters (real people here) work hard to review each application, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you. We're looking for the best candidates that embody our values and have the experience to back it up. Be on the lookout for an email or phone call from us.

If there isn't a job open that fits your experience, join our talent community and sign up for job alerts so our recruiters can contact you when there is.

Step 2

Interview

Depending on the role, your interview may be virtual or in-person. Our recruiters will help you feel prepared either way. We'll use this time to get to know you, your experiences, and why you think you'd be a good fit for Kellanova. It's just as much as your time as it's ours, come with questions and we'll be ready to answer them to give you as much insight as we can.

Step 3

Offer

Congratulations! If the interview team chooses to extend you an offer, your recruiter will reach out through email or a phone call. If you have any specific questions that could help you make your decision, ask.

If you accept our offer, we'll work to get you onboarded (virtually or in-person) where you'll meet your new colleagues and get to experience our culture of best!
